Purchase Claims:
1. Photos on our website is taken from OEM products with NDA. All specifications can not be
disclosured. Order confirmation depend on sample confirmation.
2. Prices we offered is based on factory direct cost, Shipping cost & custom cost are calculated
seperately.
3. Normal lead time is 25-35 days depend on quantity & product complexity.While in hot shipping
season , order will be probably a little bit delayed. Pls keep informed before order
confirmation.
4. Deposit payment is 50% of order amount by wire transfer, shipping effected against balance.
Once production commence, deposit payment shall not be returned.
5. Shipping freight charge is based on goods volume, weight & destination port, as well as
Custom cost( different countries may have different V.A.T) To secure the goods during
shipping, client can add 0.7% shipping insurance before our delievry. Client may arrange sea
freight by themself or calculate shipping with other goods ordered from China ,then we would
be responsible loading on container from our side only.

• How many years are you guy in this business line ?are you factory ?
We have experienced structual engineer and graphic designer which worked in this field for 8
years, yes, we are factory.
• What is the MOQ?
We don’t technically have MOQ, but different quantiies with different price, the more quantieis,
the more money you will save.
• Is the display strong enough to place the liquid products?
We put a metal bat under each shelf to increase the bear capacity, it can be reach 20-40kgs.
• How long will be take for a sample? and for mass production?
The lead time for sample is 1-3 days, for mass production is 10-12 days.
• Can I print our logo on display ?
Of course ,dear ,you can print anything you want. we could send you the DIe line to help you
creat the artwork.
• Do you have displays or packaging in stock?
No. We do not keep any displays in stock. Each order will be required a custom production
setup by our customers.
